if I could give 100 stars I would! Our dryer wouldn’t produce any heat therefore it wasn’t drying so we decided to give All Katy Service a call. James came out the very next day & had our dryer up & heating in no time. Can’t thank you enough for the quick service! Would definitely recommend him!

James came into my house and took time to listen to the problem I was having with my freezer. We had frost build up because the seal around the freezer wasn’t fully closed. First, he showed me that I wasn’t opening the freezer pull-out door completely which caused a built up of ice and made the door only open 2/3 of the way. That caused us to miss the things that had fallen at the bottom of the freezer which then obstructed the freezer door from completely closing. James was quick to find the problem and he was honest to tell me it was just a simple fix of removing the fallen objects. He just charged me for the service fee and I’m thankful he didn’t charge me for anything else.

February 7, 2019James, the owner of the company has been out to my home twice. Once last year to fix my stove and today to fix my washer . I was told The issues with my stove could not be fixed and needed to buy a new stove by a different appliance repair company . I refused to believe this because it was only 4 years old . I found all Katy service appliance on google and decided to give one final attempt to fix the stove . He came in messed with the stove a bit and knew exactly what the problem was . He ordered the part and was back to fix it in 2 days . Today I called him because my washer would not spin ( today is a Sunday ) . He asked me to explain what it was doing . He knew what was wrong before even coming based on what I explained . Even though it Was a Sunday ( he is closed on Sunday ) , He still came to my home and fixed the problem . He is very professional , knowledgeable , and fair with his prices . I will only use him to fix all of my appliance issues from here on out . I would highly recommend him .
