James came into my house and took time to listen to the problem I was having with my freezer. We had frost build up because the seal around the freezer wasn’t fully closed. First, he showed me that I wasn’t opening the freezer pull-out door completely which caused a built up of ice and made the door only open 2/3 of the way. That caused us to miss the things that had fallen at the bottom of the freezer which then obstructed the freezer door from completely closing. James was quick to find the problem and he was honest to tell me it was just a simple fix of removing the fallen objects. He just charged me for the service fee and I’m thankful he didn’t charge me for anything else.

Based on my brief description of the issue, he immediately knew what the solution was, and I was able to make an appoint for the next day. He called 10 minutes prior to arrival and was at our home right on time. He was very professional and worked efficiently. He clearly described the issue again, let us know how much the parts and labor would costs, and had our problem solved within minutes.
