James, the owner of the company has been out to my home twice. Once last year to fix my stove and today to fix my washer . I was told The issues with my stove could not be fixed and needed to buy a new stove by a different appliance repair company . I refused to believe this because it was only 4 years old . I found all Katy service appliance on google and decided to give one final attempt to fix the stove . He came in messed with the stove a bit and knew exactly what the problem was . He ordered the part and was back to fix it in 2 days . Today I called him because my washer would not spin ( today is a Sunday ) . He asked me to explain what it was doing . He knew what was wrong before even coming based on what I explained . Even though it Was a Sunday ( he is closed on Sunday ) , He still came to my home and fixed the problem . He is very professional , knowledgeable , and fair with his prices . I will only use him to fix all of my appliance issues from here on out . I would highly recommend him .

Just had James look at my dishwasher, came with the parts at the appointed time, but found that there was more issues and advise I replace it. He only charge me a service call and not the quote he first gave me. Very Honest. Thanks. Keep his number in you phone, totally worthy.

I was totally oblivious about my dryer hook up. Apparently, it's gas dryer and I only have electric in the laundry room. We had an issue with our over the range GE microwave, so I called James late Thursday afternoon. Based on my brief description of the issue, he immediately knew what the solution was, and I was able to make an appoint for the next day. He called 10 minutes prior to arrival and was at our home right on time. He was very professional and worked efficiently. He clearly described the issue again, let us know how much the parts and labor would costs, and had our problem solved within minutes. James repaired my dryer. He was on time, professional and affordable. I highly recommend this business!

James came into my house and took time to listen to the problem I was having with my freezer. We had frost build up because the seal around the freezer wasn’t fully closed. First, he showed me that I wasn’t opening the freezer pull-out door completely which caused a built up of ice and made the door only open 2/3 of the way. That caused us to miss the things that had fallen at the bottom of the freezer which then obstructed the freezer door from completely closing. James was quick to find the problem and he was honest to tell me it was just a simple fix of removing the fallen objects. He just charged me for the service fee and I’m thankful he didn’t charge me for anything else.

James is very responsive and honest. He called to assess the problem and talked me through the codes on my washer and resolved the problem over the phone; saving me time and money for the service call. Honesty and integrity in a service company is essential. I plan to recommend him to friends and family.
